What Shipping Protection Covers

• Lost packages that never arrive

• Stolen packages marked as delivered but not received

• Damaged items caused during shipping

If your order qualifies, we’ll issue a replacement or refund based on item availability.

How It Works

• Shipping Protection must be added to your cart before checkout

• Coverage applies only to orders with Shipping Protection added

• Claims must be submitted within the policy’s stated timeframes

• Coverage applies to both U.S. and international orders

• International claims must be filed within 21 days of delivery or reported incident
